Welcome to A Breath of Fresh Air - we provide a range of outdoor learning opportunities to schools and groups through curriculum enrichment, outdoor play and Forest Schools. Based in the West Midlands we operate in partnership with the Forestry Commission at Wyre Forest and across Worcestershire, Hereford, Shropshire and Warwickshire. Schools Programme AT wyre​

A range of hands on, outdoor learning, forest experiences to learn, explore and discover Wyre Forest. Bringing the curriculum to life, your forest experience will be enhanced by SMSC outcomes whichever session you choose. These outcomes include fostering an appreciation of the environment, an understanding of the wider world around us and a respect for living things.

A full programme of children and family activities. Includes seasonal activities, holiday clubs, toddler sessions and more. Use our calendar to purchase tickets through Eventbrite or purchase through our online shop.

Parties

Fancy a birthday party with a difference? A forest party includes lots of outdoor play, den building, muddy play and a campfire cooked snack or upgrade to a campfire cooked Forest Feast. Prices start from £95 and we can tailor parties to meet your chosen theme if required. these can be delivered at Wyre or a venue of your choice.

Groups

From uniformed groups to large family groups we are happy to tailor sessions to meet your needs. Please use the comment form to get in touch and we can discuss your requirements in more detail. Prices start from £50 for a two hour bespoke session.

We  are currently developing a training programme to encourage others to make the best of Outdoor Learning. We run a nationally accredited course in Outdoor Learning at a variety of sites across the West Midlands or are happy to run bespoke sessions for schools and groups, please get in touch for further details.

Fully trained Forest School leaders, with full public lability insurance and DBS checks, we also provide a freelance service and are more than willing to deliver sessions at your site. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further.
